Did a little experimenting in the kitchen with my cloned coral tooth fungus. I’ll try a lighter batter next time — it’s got real tempura potential. The risotto turned out beautifully. Such an interesting ingredient to work with. #CoralToothFungus #CultivatedMushrooms #WildToTable
