Perception is reality. You don't get to decide what triggers other people. You don't get to casually dismiss other people's thoughts and feelings about statements directed at them. And especially in this case the overtly racist context matters. White people are not going to lecture us on the "appropriate" respond to their racism. If racists insist on playing stupid games, they should probably be prepared to win a stupid.

An explanation of what will happen if provocated is not premeditation. What is premeditation is when someone like Foxx posts that if he ever sees Chud (singling out a target) that they are going to attack him (which is exactly what happened) and yet Chud is in jail and Foxx is not. If you want to hold that standard that’s fine but you must be consistent when it comes to Foxx as well who even has prior attempted murder cases.
