There are no aliens, the stars were never meant to be visited. The universe operates like a one universal software program, with conciousness as the operating system, and we’re are smaller individual units of that system. It’s why the double slit experiment produces different results when we observe particles verse when we don’t. All living beings are part of the evolution of this system. Us as humans now are more evolved units of consciousness than all other animals. Earth was designed specially for us to live on, the entire universe was designed specially for us. Either by the universe itself or by an entity outside of the universe we live in, to assist in the evolution of the whole consciousness system that we are apart of. Putting other conscious beings far far away from earth makes no sense for the logistics of the system. We are alone in the universe because it was intended that way.

Throwback to a client banger.  Gary went from 194lbs -> 168lbs in 5 months.  Funny thing is he set PR's on his squats/deadlifts on the way down.  Legit training plans, dialling in execution with "just enough" volume while nailing nutrition is king.
