A 56‑year‑old Houston attorney is facing a felony bestiality charge after his wife allegedly discovered home‑surveillance footage showing him in sexual acts with their family dog, Shipley, and turned the video over to authorities. The alleged conduct occurred in November 2025 inside their west Houston home; he was arrested, released after posting a $7,500 bond, and recently appeared in Harris County’s 183rd Criminal District Court for hearings held in May and June 2026.

He recorded himself beating his 74-year-old grandmother to death with a drinking tumbler. Now 19-year-old Wyatt Testerman has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 20 years. On October 8, 2024, Testerman closed the blinds, rolled up the living room rug, moved furniture (including the coffee table), and set up his grandmother’s cellphone to record the attack. Reports describe video showing him announcing plans beforehand and playing the Oppenheimer soundtrack. He sent prior text messages, including one stating she “will be beaten to a pulp. No mercy for terrorists.” Testerman shoved Oliver to the floor and attacked without provocation. He punched her more than 40 times, stomped on her roughly a dozen times, and repeatedly struck her with a stainless steel drinking tumbler. He paused to check her pulse and said, “How the f— is she still breathing?” before continuing. Cheri Oliver was pronounced dead at the hospital.
