@Ggk_here_ Sometimes I wonder: how can a country with vast oil reserves like Venezuela still see its president captured? It reminds us that natural resources alone don’t guarantee power or stability

No one is asking the basic question. Why were the North Indians not making any socioeconomic progress the last fifty years and kept on increasing their own population? Is there an underlying cultural reason? Like begetting more kids and staying regressive and poor is their flex? Are they distinctly different in DNA than the South Indian? Why are we as a federal nation not addressing this difference?

The first phase of the Census kicks off in Bihar from tomorrow. Residents can self-register their household details online by visiting the official web portal at se.census.gov.in - no enumerator visit required for this step. This self-enumeration phase will run until 1st May. From 2nd May, officials will begin the listing and counting of houses, a process that continues through to 31st May. The second phase of the Census is scheduled for February next year, during which details on age, sex, occupation, literacy and caste will be collected.

@ThamizhTharmar Forget North vs South — look at Tamil Nadu as one family. Sholinganallur has ~5.3 lakh voters for one MLA, while Kilvelur has ~1.7 lakh. The principle you choose here should scale to India as one family. #Delimitation #IndianUnity

Hey North Indian brothers 👋 Genuine question from a South Indian: What's your honest opinion on the upcoming Delimitation exercise? Do you think seats in Lok Sabha should be purely based on current population (so North gains a lot more seats)? Or should other factors like GDP contribution, population control success, and economic performance also be considered so South doesn't lose relative influence? Curious to hear your thoughts – no agenda, just want to understand the perspective from your side. Let's discuss respectfully 🔥 #Delimitation #NorthSouthIndia #IndianUnity

𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. HM Shri @AmitShah made it clear in the Parliament that there will be no injustice to southern states in delimitation. Their representation will increase from 23.76% (129 out of 543 seats) to 23.90% (195 out of 816 seats). This is a proportionate rise, not a reduction. The same principle applies to every state. I have faced the same problem from JNU to Pondicherry University because of my Bihari accent. People, friends, and even a few professors have told me to change it, but I never did. Despite knowing multiple languages-from Bhojpuri to Persian to Urdu to English and Hindi-people have mostly pointed out my accent and my English, while very few have respected my knowledge. I have even been rejected in multiple interviews just because of my Bihari accent. But it’s fine. Thank you for this unintended motivation from your side, sir.

A couple of years ago, I moderated a discussion at Leela in Chennai, organised by the Madras Management Association and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. After the session, someone came and told me, 'You did a good job... You are from Kerala?' I said yes. 'That heavy Mallu accent is evident. Maybe you can take care of that'. There were two Germans on the panel. I asked this gentleman whether he listened to them speaking. He said yes. 'Did they speak like the English or like the Germans?" He said Germans. 'Would you like to go tell them to 'fix' their accent?' I hope he got the point. I have always been commented on my 'heavy accent'. So what? I am an Indian, who was born, raised and schooled in Kerala, and I speak English, a foreign language which I learned while growing up, like an Indian and a Malayalee. That's absolutely fine.

Seats are being increased on basis of current seat proportion, not population wise. South is biggest beneficiary of this as the seat % will remain same for all states, despite South having reduced population. Still, all South leaders are already playing victim card.
Revanth Reddy@revanth_anumula

Dear Thiru @mkstalin You were amongst the first of leaders to foresee this danger and organise leaders of South India at a conclave in #Chennai in March last year. We have to unite against this onslaught on the political rights and protect our voice in Delhi. Let us take inspiration of Babasaheb Dr B R Ambedkar on this most special days to “Educate, Agitate, and Organise”. Together… let us march. #LokSabhaDelimitation

Jun 30, 2025 - Amaravati Declaration. Andhra unveils “Amaravati Quantum Valley” vision. Sep 11, 2025 - India’s 1st dedicated quantum facilities in Amaravati announced. Dec 22, 2025 - CBN launches 2 year “Quantum Vision” for full stack ecosystem. Dec 31, 2025 - AP signs MoUs with IBM, TCS, L&T. Jan 1, 2026 - India’s first “Quantum Valley Tech Park” dedicated in Amaravati. Feb 7, 2026 - Foundation stone of Amaravati Quantum Valley (AQV) and start of Quantum Innovation Centre. Apr 14, 2026 – World Quantum Day. Launched India’s first indigenous, open access quantum testbeds "Amaravati 1S & 1Q". It took them 9 months of their journey to realise this. We're still talking about "Ease of Doing Business"... Andhra is showing "Speed of Doing Business". Read a few days ago that besides AP, a few more states - Delhi/NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP are in the National Quantum Mission pipeline... I’m not sure whether Bihar has even thought of leveraging the NPM (₹6,000+ crore, 2023–31) yet.
N Chandrababu Naidu@ncbn

#QuantumRevolutionInAP From Constitution to Quantum. Andhra Pradesh has become the first Indian state to commission indigenous quantum computers on its soil today. Together with leading scientists, industry leaders, academia, and students, I inaugurated the first-of-its-kind Amaravati Quantum Reference Facilities (AQRF). Comprising Amaravati 1S (SRM University) and Amaravati 1Q (Medha Towers), these open-access platforms serve as fully instrumented hardware testbeds. AQRF enables the validation, benchmarking, and certification of quantum components under real operating conditions. This is a major step towards the indigenous manufacturing of quantum computers, strengthening India’s self-reliance in advanced technologies and contributing to AtmaNirbhar Bharat. It also enhances India’s capabilities under the National Quantum Mission envisioned by Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. Today, April 14, marks the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Babasaheb believed that education is the true tool of liberation. It is also World Quantum Day. We honour his vision by bringing quantum computing within reach of every Indian student, researcher, and startup, ensuring that no Indian is denied access to the frontiers of human knowledge. Grateful to all academic and industry partners for their collaboration. @narendramodi @IndiaDST @SRMUAP #NQM
