I remember how MAGA loyalists tried to spin the story that Trump wanted to help Ukraine by imposing sanctions on russia’s largest oil company, Lukoil. Well, it looks like it was all a scam — a lie. It now appears they were hoping to force Ukraine to capitulate by this point, meaning they wouldn’t even need to implement those sanctions. Meanwhile, the U.S. has quietly lifted sanctions on several firms previously accused of supplying russia’s military. They have also reportedly begun secret negotiations on an economic deal with russia worth $12 trillion. See a lot of people on here criticizing Lindsay Vonn today. I don't know her, never met her. I had damage to my right knee as I closed out my career in 02.., got hit in my last series against Detroit, and as I sat in the locker room, I thought there is no way I want my career to end here. ACL gone - I was able to brace it, and play in the remainder of the series… Was it the right thing to do? For me and many others 100% yes… Unless you're in the arena, you can never really know. The fact that the matter is that Vonn wanted to go out on her terms.
