@GloFiber I live in Lancaster PA. Was it necessary to run this cable diagonally 12 feet into my backyard? If the pole is falling down replace the poll. Why the ugly band aid? Additionally, you are legally required to put grass seed down. Do better.

As a customer, I’d expect actual status availability reporting… as an actual network engineer, I would expect that the customer service people would have actual status availability reporting. Neither is the case… plz do better @GloFiber. I love your service when it works…
