@GloFiber I live in Lancaster PA. Was it necessary to run this cable diagonally 12 feet into my backyard? If the pole is falling down replace the poll. Why the ugly band aid? Additionally, you are legally required to put grass seed down. Do better.

As a customer, I’d expect actual status availability reporting… as an actual network engineer, I would expect that the customer service people would have actual status availability reporting. Neither is the case… plz do better @GloFiber. I love your service when it works…

Day 3 of @GloFiber flapping more than a torn sail of a beached ship… they were unaware of the power issues in my area… the best I can get is maybe getting a technician out next Tuesday… in what world can an ISP have an outage like this?!

@GloFiber I am a customer here in Virginia. Thanks to your contractors. I am the lucky contender to cut over a thousand foot of fiber optic cable that was left in my ditch line maybe a year now? I have been cutting around this mess thinking they needed it for installation. WTF ?

@BelieveInGreenz It depends on where the fiber enters your house. You can discuss with the technician when they arrive as to your ideal scenario and they will do their best to accommodate.

@BelieveInGreenz The good news is that we typically do not need to run outlets to each room. In most cases, we install equipment in a single room, and the rest of your devices can connect via WiFi.

@BelieveInGreenz We typically do need to enter the home. Glo Fiber uses fiber optic cable rather than coax, so we will not use any existing outlets.
