I didn’t know how badly I needed all of this foreigners visiting the US for the World Cup content. It’s reminded me that Americans are more good than bad and it’s politicians and the media keeping us angry and cynical. My heart is genuinely warmed.

This feels like that Duke Final Four basketball game. Amazingly fun ride to Final Four. Program and fanbase energized. Ran into a great team who played great and we didn’t have our best.

The only people saying this are Tech fans. It’s as if they can’t leave fandom out of it. No one is saying to throw Sorsby in jail or shun him from society. Upholding consequences for actions is not abandoning someone. But instead, he got away with it all and there’s no deterrent for other players to bet. Why can’t they if he could? That’s a fair question for Sorsby supporters.
