Been a while since I've had to buy one of these/wire a boat trailer. Customer broke his while unhooking the trailer from the truck. $30! I don't remember them being nearly that expensive.

What you are looking at is a 2005 GMC Canyon that came in for an AC issue. Right away I found the Schrader valve leaking Freon. I evacuated the system to replace both high and low side Schrader valves and came to find out it was full of refrigerant at 0.73 kilograms, which is full to specifications. The last shop told the owner the system was junk and needed everything replaced: compressor, condenser, and all. Want to know what the problem was? They unplugged the compressor clutch and said the system was cooked. I plugged the compressor back in, replaced the Schrader valves, evacuated and refilled it. It blows ice cold, and the low side was running at 30 psi on a 90-degree day. There are some very shady motherfuckers in Vegas, that’s what I have to say about that.

@GravityPimp Stay away from 3 mag or more zones. 2000 for me. The cops were meaner and more effective back then. Now it’s a bunch of kids cosplayin with beards and tats!
