I have issues with people thinking Alphonso Davies refused to play or faked injury in a home World Cup considering this guy has previously played for Canada on cow pastures in Curacao, Haiti and the Cayman Islands.

Canada battled bravely but the difference in quality, especially up front, proved just too much to overcome. Wasn't a 3-0 game. Anyone just seeing scoreline definitely doesn't get a good reflection of the game. But #CanMNT had to make that first half dominance result in a goal.

Overall Canada has played well. It’s a game of taking your chances, Canada had a few in 1st half didn’t take any Morocco has 1 chance & scores although bad defensively can’t be left completely unmarked at the edge of the box

The “non-deliberate touch” by the defender (in this case Renato Veiga) is something that needs to be looked at
