WATCH: @dinatitus admits her vote to defund/shut down DHS is SCREWING Nevadans... "The shutdown really hurts Nevada... If you don’t have TSA… this will just hurt more...." Peak Democrat self-own: hurt your own state, fail at your "resistance," then whine on camera.

Kamala Harris tried to destroy this man’s life, but justice prevailed!

VICTORY! The final charge against @DavidDaleiden has been officially DISMISSED. Daleiden faced YEARS of legal battles for exposing Planned Parenthood’s sale of baby body parts. Now the case has been “completely expunged.” Incredible win for free speech and the pro-life movement!

Bye, Pam! Make no mistake—we will hold you and this entire lawless Administration accountable. And, let us not forget that Todd Blache has been the lead on the Epstein files by your own admission. This is not nearly over.

Desperate Loser Trump is trying to intimidate SCOTUS into killing birthright citizenship. Immigrants made this country greater than you ever could, Donny. Go fuck yourself.

@kathrynw5 The Supreme Court literally has seating provided for a president to give testimony. It’s been there the whole time why are leftists always trying to make things look like they’re unprecedented?

If President Trump attends the Supreme Court's oral arguments tomorrow on his birthright citizenship executive order like he says he will, he would be the first sitting president on record to do so. Presidents have avoided attendance in part to honor the separation of powers.

Today, the Supreme Court hears arguments in a case that could decide whether babies born in the United States are citizens. For over a century, the 14th Amendment has answered that question unambiguously, SCOTUS must uphold it.

Make no mistake, Trump wants the 14th Amendment gone. If SCOTUS sides with him, it will empower red states to challenge & potentially revoke Americans' citizenship. The 14th Amendment is settled law & it makes it clear that if you are born here, you ARE a citizen. Period.

Our Constitution is clear—no matter who your parents are or where they are from, if you are born here, you are an American. Citing white supremacists in an effort to overturn birthright citizenship tells you everything you need to know. I hope SCOTUS will reject this bid.
The Washington Post@washingtonpost

The Trump administration argues the 14th Amendment does not apply to people in the country illegally or on temporary visas. If the Supreme Court agrees, it could render hundreds of thousands of children born to immigrant parents stateless. wapo.st/4bU0d1Q

@NatashaCL7 Read the 14th Amendment. Rights accrue at birth or naturalization. Neither of which applies to a fetus.
