Only 20% of tickets being held for the Atletico Madrid semi final. Good stuff from the club.

@jjclark1414 @AFCFixtureNews That’s what I’m doing. If you get a fast train it can be as quick as 1:50
English

@AFCFixtureNews Flights from Stansted to Valencia are cheap and can get a 2.5 hour train over to madrid
English

@bootifulgame Yes that would be the dream! For something you are doing in your spare time / to help others (presumably with no reward) this is very impressive!
English

@GrobLeFrog If you view it on desktop, it does include the time too, but it's hard squeezing it all in on mobile. I'll have a fiddle with the UI.
Love the idea about alerts for your own credit level. It would work brilliantly on a club app where the data is sync'd to your membership

If anyone is really bored tonight, and you like the ticket spreadsheet thing I run, and you would like to help me test a thing... Give this a try: passmode.shop/arsenal/
(The Crystal Palace and At. Madrid games are hypothetical btw)
All feedback gratefully received. Ta x

@AngusMoorat @CJSN1982 Because you are accusing people with totally justifiable complaints as “moaning”, which is pretty unfair in my opinion.
English

@CJSN1982 He suggests most people will be staying in Cologne.
Almost everyone I know heading out there, is too. Cologne is literally nine minutes by train from Leverkusen Mitte, the station nearest the stadium for away fans. Not a big problem if there's plenty of time to pick up.
English

@AFCFixtureNews That is genuinely outrageous. I think I can make it work personally, but some people have no intention of going to Cologne and intend to come from Dusseldorf.
English

@bootifulgame Going to gold on zero credits tomorrow at 10am. Silver members at 11am.
English

@afcjxseph @drbsmd18 @bootifulgame Don’t forget to look at trains. 2 hours St Pancras to Brussels. 2 hours Brussels to Cologne.
English

@drbsmd18 @GrobLeFrog @bootifulgame Looks like we’re going to have to go all around the houses to get to Leverkusen
English

I’ve updated the Leverkusen numbers. I’m not sure if the club released some of the “held” tickets during the 60+ sale, as 18 tickets sold seems very low.
What I do know is that as of this moment, there 657 tickets left, so this one looks to be going low.
Rob B@GrobLeFrog
@bootifulgame @TomGheorghe Do you have an update on Leverkusen following 55+ being open? I’m waiting for 50+
English

@bootifulgame @TomGheorghe Do you have an update on Leverkusen following 55+ being open? I’m waiting for 50+
English

@TomGheorghe 568 held. Approx 32%.
The numbers have now been updated on the spreadsheet.
English

@SunnyS1ngh @AFCFixtureNews Thank you! There is a 9:14pm train afterwards that I’ve have to get which feels a bit too close for comfort…
English

@AFCFixtureNews From when West Ham recently played there "After the match. There may be a brief hold back and this is determined at the time." Looks like its done on a game by game basis
English

@AFCFixtureNews For those who have been to Leverkusen before, do you get kept in the ground afterwards like you do in Italy? I’m trying to work out if I can make it work but it involves getting a train fairly soon after the final whistle!
English

@bigdazza71 @AFCFixtureNews No. There are apparently only 57 tickets left for 55+ according to @bootifulgame I am on 54 🤦♂️
English

@PaulGwilliamson @PippaCrerar 1) 40 years from the date the act comes into force (probably 2028) 2) it does not reset if you sell 3) it is per property. The draft bill has been published, if you like reading this sort of thing.
English

@PippaCrerar So is the 'after 40 years' from now, or do the previous 40 years count as my freeholder has already collected the ground rent? And does it reset if I sell? Is it per property or per leasehold owner?
English

NEW: Ground rents paid to freeholders on properties in England & Wales to be capped after Keir Starmer overruled Treasury concerns about impact on institutional investors.
The cap will be set at £250 a year for each property, and change to a “peppercorn” sum after 40 years.
Legislation will also ban new leasehold flats while existing leaseholders will get right to switch to commonhold to give greater control over properties.
Angela Rayner, former deputy prime minister, had urged PM in not to water down plans amid concerns, while dozens of Labour MPs had threatened to rebel.
English

@blocksixgooner @gunsandribbons @AFCFixtureNews Agreed. It will be fine. Wet and horrible, but nowhere near cold enough for those kind of issues. That’s my guess anyway.
English

@gunsandribbons @AFCFixtureNews It sounds like sensationalism to me
English

@nickafcworkshy @theonlyjim1 @JasonKBritton Fair enough. I would also say that I started my away credit building in the latter Wenger years when we were not great. PL games that were on TV went to zero quite frequently. So those who want to start building credits, know that now - when we are quite good - is the worst time!
English

@GrobLeFrog @theonlyjim1 @JasonKBritton I don’t have the answer, and hats off to those that travel and I’m glad they get their reward.
English

There has been much chat about how the away credits system at Arsenal is a closed shop. A few years back I may have said the same but this week I reached 19 away credits.
As we again approach the FA Cup third round it marks four years since I bought my first credit, Forest away in the FA Cup. Now at 19.
The system far from being a closed shop is a well designed, well run system that reflects loyalty whilst also rewarding those who are prepared to invest time and effort in building credits. For those interested I post my credit history.
Meanwhile here are some accounts that I suggest you follow and whose posts have helped me: @bootifulgame @AFCFixtureNews @DarrenArsenal1 @AngusMoorat
