Gulf War (1990-1991), Invasion of Grenada (1983), Invasion of Panama (1989), Bosnian War (1995), Kosovo War (1999), Iraq War (2003–2011): which saw the quick overthrow of Saddam Hussein, War Against ISIS (2014–present), and Korean War (1950-1953): which ended in a stalemate and armistice, but it kept South Korea independent. There were valid reasons for interventions, supported by multiple countries. Lots were for geopolitical vantage points which better repositioned America. Don’t be such a hater, Stew!

The United States spends more on military defense than the next 9 nations combined. It has more aircraft carriers than the next 10 countries put together.. and it hasn't won a land war on someone else's soil since 1945.. Let that sink in.

On February 26, 1949, the Boeing B-50 Superfortress "Lucky Lady II" took off from Carswell AFB near Fort Worth, Texas, and became the first plane to fly nonstop around the world. Captain James Gallagher and a 13-man crew covered 23,452 miles in 94 hours and 1 minute with four mid-air refuelings from KB-29M tankers over the Azores, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, and Hawaii before landing back at Carswell on March 2 at 10:31 a.m. CST, two minutes ahead of schedule.
