Ordered items on the 6th, paid extra for 48 hour delivery to receive before the weekend… @TessutiUK have been AWFUL at replying to any messages (from me and previous customers!).. DPD have been helping more than Tessuti! Receiving parcel on Monday… 🙄

@TessutiHelpTeam @TessutiUK I placed an order on Wednesday and paid extra for express delivery, and I still haven’t received it. I would like to know where my parcel is, especially as DPD say they haven’t even got it yet! I expected better Tessuti, very disappointing.😔

@TessutiUK my partner ordered something on line on 5th July, paid for 2 day express delivery. She tracked the order on line yesterday and it said the order is being processed, 3 days after the order. Today is the 4th day and still nothing has arrived 😡
