💯 was offered $15k more last season at a school much closer to home and turned it down. Where I’m at, I’m surrounded by people I trust and who trust and value me. That’s not to say the other school wouldn’t have been great—but my time will come, I know it will. Win with people.

🚨🚨HOOPERS🚨🚨 In 2011, I was making $1,500 at an NAIA. I was offered $32K w/ full benefits to go D1 & turned it down. Why? I was valued, my HC took amazing care of me, & I was around people that would help me become the person I am today. I knew God would take care of me.

I took my youngest to her karate class the other day. A new student in the class has been screwing around for a few weeks, and the instructor finally threw him out. His exact words were "I can't have a student who refuses to follow basic instructions" I'm jealous
