Virginia made a significant defensive shift late in the season. From averaging just 3 zone possessions per game prior to February 5th to over 25 per game since February 8th.
Seemed like another high number again tonight against the Sun Devils.

6’7” post Achol Magot averaged 3.5 points and 1.3 rebounds for Achol Magot at Arizona. She recorded a season-high 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 16 minutes vs. TCU, along with 2 blocks vs. Cincinnati, while shooting 55% from the field. Magot has entered the transfer portal and is expected to draw immediate interest from schools.

Invest in a kid on and off the court, praise them privately… then question and slander their success and opportunities behind their back. Aren’t you supposed to be a credit to their journey? Yet this is your default?
🙏Ok, I’m done. I just make it my business sometimes—when adults can’t adult. I’m protective of these kids and their families who have busted their butts and earned moments like this.

Wild how some “coaches” and “supporters” shake their heads in disagreement like they’re the judges of who deserves something, instead of supporting kids who’ve put in the work, caught the attention of college coaches, and earned these opportunities. We both know who you are, but will you hear anything from me? Nope—because I’m here to support.

6'3" Post Ashlynn Chlarson @chlarsonashlynn averaged 4.8 points and 4.8 rebounds in 32 minutes per game, starting 28 games for Arkansas. She recorded a season-high 14 points vs. Missouri, 11 rebounds vs. Louisiana Tech, and 27 minutes vs. Tennessee, shooting 40% from the field.
