@HQBFPO can you tell me why two "post offices" were unable to process a Christmas parcel for my son serving overseas please? The staff didn't have a clue what to do! Now I've missed last day.

@HQBFPO I know you aren’t allowed to send aerosols but can you send spray, as in a spray in hair treatment, it is NOT aerosol. Thanks in advance

@HQBFPO Also - very confused about limits on parcel dimensions and weights. Please can you tell me what they are as the Gov website has different sizing.

@HQBFPO a friend took an item to be posted to bfpo address and was asked to pay for international tracking . Will this still go through Northolt - addressed correctly.

@HQBFPO @The_AFF Any delay couldn’t be more than the anniversary card I sent my husband at the end of August, that still hasn’t arrived. Though he did the postcard I sent on Tuesday, that only took 4 weeks so there is hope!
