@Habito Hi there, my current fixed rate mortgage comes to an end in Feb next year. Is it too early to start looking at remortgaging deals? This is my first remortgage so not 100% sure how everything works. Thanks in advance.

@Chris_Nineham Hi Chris! The best time to start the remortgage process is around 6 months before your existing product ends, as it can take a few months for your switch to be finalised. So you're right on time to think about it now!

@Habito Our limited company BTL 10 year fixed mortgage application was in final stages of approval when it got suddenly pulled without any explanation. Our mortgage broker didn't get any reasonable reasoning for this and the fees have been refunded. What happened?
