@mbna Hi there, I signed up for home insurance a few days ago with you but so far I have not received any emails regarding the policy at all. I can see my direct debit has been set up but I have not even received confirmation of the policy let alone and policy documents??
@insolvencygovuk What can be done in the following situation. A company enters a CVL. The company continues trading as though nothing has happened. No permission has been given by the liquidator. Liquidator not yet appointed by creditors. Can anything be done? Regards,

@RAC_Care You have just sent my mother in law her renewal letter. Last year's premium £150. Renewal process - £472.98. Are you guys absolutely mad? Are you trying to actually upset customers of many years. The sheer audacity is beyond words. Customer lost. Outrageous.
