@moulitsas @bhawkmemes98 Should be….but at this moment knighter is the better tendy. Playing behind a worse team with better numbers.
English

@bhawkmemes98 @Hack2014 As a Hawks fan; how the hell does Knight “clear” Askarov? 🤣
Both should be extremely good.
English

“The Sharks rebuild is miles ahead of the Blackhawks.” Meanwhile the Hawks are only 3 points behind them, despite playing in the grueling central division and being without Bedzar for over a month. And the fact that San Jose plays in the poverty pacific #blackhawks

English

@Anont41 @bhawkmemes98 You better hope it’s a landslide cuz the hawks have another 5 first rounders and 6 seconds in the next 3 years. San Jose doesn’t have as much ammo.
English

@Hack2014 @bhawkmemes98 Musty Igor, misa, Mac, smith, Eklund, Graf, are miles better. It is in fact a land slide at the moment
English

@Anont41 @bhawkmemes98 Okay, I just disagree. Mack/Bedard is close but Mack, Smith/nazar is close. Misa/frondell is close. Moore/eklund close, Kantserov/igor who knows. Graf/Lardis who knows.
English

@Anont41 @bhawkmemes98 I mean, the sharks drafted forwards first, the hawks prioritized defense. The hawks forwards are either rookies or haven’t arrived. The sharks are in their 2nd/3rd years. Probably won’t know who’s better for 2-3 years. It’s certainly not a landslide.
English

@ChicagoSufferer I feel like a lot of guys have chemistry with Frank. Lardis definitely does. Bedard did when they played together. Easy guy to play with cuz of all of that speed
English

@ChicagoSufferer Agreed, Lardis was the best hawk tonight outside of his shenanigans with like 4 mins to go. Overall really really good game from him.
English

@bedsysburner98 @MetallurgMgn Lol that’s a sick video, but his assist was better this game
English

Speaking of the future… something special is brewing in Magnitogorsk.
First KHL playoff game of Roman Kantserov’s 2026 postseason and he capitalizes.
Roman scores to make it 3-0 and @MetallurgMgn wins it 4-1.
A big 2 point night for the Roman Candle🧨
#Blackhawks
English

Kantserov looking like a menace in game 1 of the Gagarin cup playoffs.
ХК «Металлург»@MetallurgMgn
🚨 Как же эти ребята чувствуют! #Металлург #Магнитогорск #ММК #Братьяпоогню
English

@HawkHockey11 Lol honestly didn’t notice. Maybe the ADD just skips and fills things in.
English

@Hack2014 Dyslexia was running wild in the thread lol
English

Good thread…overall scouting report on Frondell.
Miserable for Mckenna@HawkHockey11
2 cents on expectations from 45+ viewings on the kid. Main selling point to me to the holes he fills in his ability to impact the game when the puck is within 3 feet of the boards. There’s not really any other prospect in the system of at least up in the lineup that’s 1/
English

@WALaxer19 @MalleyJimmy From most videos I can find he’s played as 14 or 16. No hawks in those numbers and no retired ones. Lol does the kid just like jumping around the mid teens? I’ll be reading @ByScottPowers article next year in “why they wear their numbers.”
English

@BlackhawksFocus So it’s confirmed that he came in today? Thought the report I saw said it coul be today or tomorrow, and if it’s tomorrow he won’t play til Thursday.
English

Anton Frondell is joining the Blackhawks today. He will play on the top line with Connor Bedard.

BHF@BlackhawksFocus
English

@HawkHockey11 @icing_the_puck The last 2 months feels like it’s been 2.7%
English

@Hack2014 @icing_the_puck Bro either shoots 20% or 7%
English

@HawkHockey11 @icing_the_puck Well his puck control has been non-existent but his finishing ability has been elite
English

@icing_the_puck Guess they think he takes greenes role better. Seems they just want the paceiest guy on the team with Bedard even if his puck control has been non existent. Curious how the complexity of the line changes though.
English

@HawkHockey11 @BornOnThirdCubs Back wasn’t the back injury way before the draft? Back injuries are just so risky
English

@Hack2014 @BornOnThirdCubs The back cost him the year of development and I think his whole mobility is just shot. If you watch from his draft year he was just so much more dynamic and competitive. It’s hard to rly tell what he’d be if he was fully healthy but I do understand the pick at the time
English

This is what Habs fans should be making fun of when they try to make fun of the #blackhawks for taking Arty.

Byron Bader@ByronMBader
That one is going very poor indeed.
English

@HawkHockey11 @BornOnThirdCubs I mean has he gotten worse then? He hasn’t been good enough in college at this point
English

@Hack2014 @BornOnThirdCubs Tbf when healthy he was a very impressive prospect who is the hardest thing to find in hockey (power center). Real issue was not being causation with the medicals and not taking demidov.
English

@ChicagoSufferer @BornOnThirdCubs It probably would’ve had to be frondell+. Cbus wouldn’t have just done an unprotected 1 for 4. It would’ve been an unprotected 1, and the 18th overall that the hawks had that year. So frondell and whoever they wanted at 18 (maybe hage) for lindstrom. Woof.
English

@Hack2014 @BornOnThirdCubs They basically turned down a trade of Lindstrom for Frondell which puts more salt on the wound for them
