We’re back at the Lake Township Volunteer Fire Department in Lake Village, which has become the central hub for tornado relief in the community. This morning we’ve been helping organize donations and assist families picking up supplies. Last night we purchased nearly $20,000 worth of generators, heaters, and propane tanks, and today we’ve begun distributing them to families dealing with cold temperatures and power outages. We are currently in Lake Village working alongside local officials and first responders following the deadly tornado that struck this community. The Lake Township Volunteer Fire Department has become the central hub for donations, and the response from the community has been incredible.
