@Sadie_NC Hershey Park. I spent a lot of my high school summers there. I live 20 minutes away. Just last week, a couple of parents lost track of a toddler who climbed in to the wolf enclosure and was bitten. The parents have been charged.

A little boy wandered away from his family and ended up on the elevated, inactive monorail track.
Without hesitation, a dad named John Sampson climbed up, walked the narrow beam, scooped the boy up, and handed him safely down to the crowd below.
The boy (who is on the autism spectrum) is completely unharmed and back with his parents.
This is raw, unedited footage from that day. No CGI, no staging, just one man risking everything for a child he’d never met.

Your machine at home can't do this today with this level of speed and efficiency. Keep in mind this machine is 70 years old.

@HanoverFister @GigglingGanon Depending on who you bought it from, you're probably going to have your warranty serviced by a third party service contract provider. If you live close to a big city that shouldn't be a problem. If they need a part, that's where the bottle neck begins.

This driver was dropping off a food order for a customer. She was waiting for the customer to answer so she could hand him the order.
Suddenly his dog runs up on her from behind right as the customer opens the door to get his order. She’s terrified of dogs, he assures her the dog is friendly and even shields her from it and she jumps and hangs from him because she’s so scared.
Should customers with pets be required to let the driver know as a heads up, that way if a driver does t like pets they can decline the delivery?

This door dasher was on a delivery and when she got there she saw a gate, and behind the gate was a big dog, barking loudly and she felt it was being aggressive. She attempted to call the customer to get her dog, but the customer never picked up. The driver decides to wait around for about 10 minutes, and decides that she can’t deliver it because of the dog. The driver then proceeds to help herself to the order, drinking the drinks herself and even filming it to put online. Since this was a contactless delivery, shouldn’t the driver just have left it at the gate or do you feel the driver purposely did this so she could eat the order?

We always talk about "age is just a number," but numbers represent life stages. There is a massive difference between being 20 and being 50. One is still figuring out their path, and the other has three decades of life lessons, career moves, and a 19-year-old daughter.
Is it really just "two consenting adults," or do we have a right to find the "daughter is older than the girlfriend" dynamic a bit jarring? If the law didn't exist, where would the floor actually be for some of these guys?
I’m genuinely curious—is this a red flag, or are we just projecting? Let's settle the "gap" debate.

I started a new job on Monday and my trainer is a 22-year-old who literally never stops talking. Yesterday he mentions he’s married. Cool. Then he says his wife is "a little older." I’m thinking 30? Then he drops the bomb: She’s 46. It gets better. He’s 22, and her son is 23. My man is out here being a stepdad to a dude older than he is! I haven’t even gotten the full tea yet, but stay tuned for the Monday update because the math is definitely mathing in a whole different dimension.

@eogprod1 @GigglingGanon If it's within the first 5 years, I have full in home warranty coverage. After 5 years, I have the internet, an electronics background and a decent soldering station with hot air. Try that warranty with a GE which I replaced.
