The downside to transferring my SIPP from freetrade to trading 212 is that it resets your stats. Its all started again from a week a go when it transferred. I know I'm not down overall since starting but I still have to stare at the red. My brain can't handle it 😂

My advice would be to overpay the mortgage if you can. Even if it’s a small amount, that extra £40 - £50 each month stacks up and psychologically it’s a nice little win each month. Especially with today’s rates. Great feeling though getting those keys.
