JUST IN: Stock market now close to "extreme fear"

@HarryUKISA Yep. It won't matter in a years time when they all 5x anyway 🤔

@2147mill Thanks Tom, see you’ve been busy this morning too 💪

@BigCol19777 Good timing right? Love avoiding those fees as well 😅
English

@HarryUKISA Very nice. Yes, also in the same position. Mine have been submitted this morning also.

@DividendDynasty Happy Wednesday!
My advice would be to overpay the mortgage if you can. Even if it’s a small amount, that extra £40 - £50 each month stacks up and psychologically it’s a nice little win each month. Especially with today’s rates. Great feeling though getting those keys.

@Edwud_ Appreciate it but we all start somewhere my man. Consistency is key, takes time to build!

@HarryUKISA Finally, advice from someone who didn’t just start last week with their lunch money.
Real capital, real talk.

@BigCol19777 This is with the monthly DD, just happens to be good morning that they’re going through now and not a week earlier
English

@HarryUKISA Is this with your monthly dd? If not what is the cost to make these smaller value trades?
