@AmericanAir no idea why we pay extra for unaccompanied minors when your gate agent customer service is so much poorer than @SouthwestAir

@AmericanAir Thank you for reply As an Aadvantage Platinum member I definitely know the rules & have paid for unaccompanied minors Does not excuse Yentil from her horrible disrespectful demeanor to me & my children @SouthwestAir has never disappointed. This is the second time on @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir the DFW Gate B5 agent, Yentil, is one of the most ungracious employees for unaccompanied minors. @SouthwestAir is so much better!!!!

...I’d like to give you an example of this man’s heart and how he gave back to a community ravaged by tragedy. When Houston was struck by Hurricane Harvey, Ronny organized a crew to assist getting people affected by flooding from their homes.

Our #GiftofHearing winner from New Braunfels, Ronny Fikes! Ronny had a wonderful friend nominate him for this opportunity and his service in the community is one to not forget. Ronny is a professional firefighter for the @COSAGOV @SATXFire, Station 7 Fire Engineer.

Our #GiftofHearing winner from Austin, Courtney Siegel! Gay Wucher, M.A. had the pleasure to fit Courtney with her new hearing aids. She has worn amplification since she was about 5-yrs-old and has had a pair of Oticon MiniRite aids that were about 8-yrs-old. Time for an upgrade!
