@sopatomatito That doesnt mean there'd be no mistake and since he doesn't know the languague, he can't just confirm if the some small context would've survive translation. it isn't just "that"

Silksong had official Chinese translation when it came out and a lot of Chinese fans HATED it because it was done so horribly and so many inaccuracy until fans did translation for them
All I’m saying is that you can’t just hire a translator to translate a game for you (1/2)

they paid actual voice actors commercial use rights for their voices and just use it in an ai tts module for this specific context they agreed upon. i feel like sometimes people hear something is bad and just start repeating it without thinking about why the thing was bad in that original context........... idk maybe i'm wrong??
