Oh dear: “Furthermore, I submitted a subject access request to NHS Fife who told me they had no communication about me. It would now appear that this was not true.”

The biased and dismissive attitude towards political representation of Sandie Peggie laid bare here by @justinbowie1997 in the @thecourieruk. All decisions about media coverage were carefully considered. Furthermore I submitted a subject access request to NHS Fife who told me they had no communication about me. It would now appear that this was not true. A few further thoughts… Anyone following the Sandie Peggie tribunal will have been left in little doubt that NHS Fife had unquestioningly followed a flawed understanding of the law based on the demands of gender extremists. Everyone is deserving of fair and balanced access to representation in such circumstances. I remain convinced that had Sandie not been able to access expert support by contacting my office NHS Fife would have continued to pursue the matter in the biased manner in which they began. They should also be mindful that my successor, @melanie_ward is also supporting Sandie’s case as is @murdo_fraser MSP and of course @AlbaParty’s @AshReganMSP amongst others. thecourier.co.uk/fp/politics/53…

There’s been a lot of misplaced criticism of this decision to stop singing ‘Delilah’ The song depicts the murder of a woman by a jealous partner For context, approx 2 women a week are murdered by a partner or ex-partner It’s time to sing something else bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-…

@SocksyBeast @uk_vaccine @UKCovid19Stats It’s not woeful. It’s reflecting that older people had their 2nd jabs over 6 months ago and many in their 50s and 60s etc aren’t eligible for a booster yet.

@YorkshireWardy @JamesMelville Try getting married at the moment, no singing, no dancing, no mingling, no standing for a drinks reception even outside, masks for dads when walking their daughter down the aisle. That’s control to me #Whataboutweddings

@JamesMelville What control do you still feel under? I’ve booked two foreign holidays in next 5wks, just had breakfast out, going out for dinner tonight, watching football in the pub on Sunday. I can go to work in the office if I want. I’m not sure what else you want? What ‘enough’ is ‘enough’?

We are so far through the looking glass with the response to this virus that millions of people who have had Covid and/or double jabbed are still self isolating, wearing masks and socially distancing. This isn’t following the science. It’s following coercive control.

@Rozkez67 @bmay Masks at weddings, being seated at all times, no dancing, no singing and no standing drinks reception, speeches advisedly shouted in from outdoors is more than barely a lockdown to thousands of couples #Whataboutweddings

Whereas taking a ‘bet’ because Ministers privately admit they don’t know how this will turn out, and most medical opinion is against it, is an even bigger political gamble.
(((Dan Hodges)))@DPJHodges

The more I think about it, the more I think this is a massive moment. The news clips basically have Starmer opposing the lifting of lockdown. There’s no spinning that now. Labour’s against returning to normal over the summer. That’s a major political gamble.
