@NZAA @AllianzPartners Been there, done that, still waiting. Had another call today with @AllianzPartners to move this forward. Turns out it takes 36 hours and 2 phone calls to maybe get an authorisation form emailed out.

@NZAA yr insurance backer needs to improve. Dad’s in the UK with his sick wife. Accommodation $$ piling up, flights need rescheduling. @AllianzPartners takes 10–15 days to process. Don’t provide forms they promise. Phone only NZ hours: world’s most expensive ghosting service

@NZAA @AllianzPartners Seems this is just another mailbox that someone will get to one day. More automated responses. Where’s the promised escalation? Meanwhile costs pile up, your customers are stuck overseas and don’t know if the @AllianzPartners @nzaa policy will cover them

@AllianzPartners Problem with that is they’re only available 8.30-5 in the home country, customers needing to claim travel insurance while travelling are screwed and can’t get in touch with you. Premium service? I think not.
