@NZAA yr insurance backer needs to improve. Dad’s in the UK with his sick wife. Accommodation $$ piling up, flights need rescheduling. @AllianzPartners takes 10–15 days to process. Don’t provide forms they promise. Phone only NZ hours: world’s most expensive ghosting service

I emailed the @NZAA about a suspicious email and my suspension was correct received this at 8:30am NZ time I saved quite a lot of people in nz who has gone with the AA. If you're not sure please check with the actual company website and contact info. #stopscamming #stop #saved

I needed to call the AA @NZAA (New Zealand Automobile Association) today as I needed there assistance.. they actually asked if i had any covid symptoms or been exposed to anybody with covid !!.. Are we really still doing this crap?

Pretty crappy service AA, its not as if she is out in the sticks. I broke down myself on Friday, AA truck there in just over an hour *as it should be*. She shouldve been prioritised having dogs in a hot car with no shade. @NZAA facebook.com/share/v/kamBGJ…

Very disappointed in @NZAA. They're not capable of renewing an insurance quote, you can't copy/paste your membership number from one website to another, and when I entered all my details into the website they said I had to call them. What's the point of the online quote?

@NZAA You make a profit from Smartfuel. You own a 50% stake in the JV and it is profitable. BP and Smartfuel partnerships explain why you aren't advising every AA member to buy petrol now with Z Sharetank and save 30cpl when tax goes up.

Can't believe @NZAA aren't out in the media telling all their members to buy petrol now with Z Smartfuel to avoid the 30cpl tax increase in a few weeks. Shows they're really a business that cares about the profits from Smartfuel rather than actually helping their members.
