@Helpfullee Hey! Lee! I hope you're fine :) It blocks all the data loads requests from data sources, so BQ too. I've made it for GA4 quotas but it blocks all data requests.

#LookerStudio companion - New available feature Blocker for data load requests! This workaround avoids requests during the chart field configurations . So it reduces the number of consumed tokens when it is about #GA4 connectors & related #quotas. bit.ly/3lBA3dM

Last night, I asked ChatGPT to help me build a website that uses AI to answer questions. I just followed the steps; I don’t know how to code. 1 hour and 58 minutes later, answersbyai.com was live. Wild.

- Export all GSC query and page traffic for 12 months - Create pivot table that shows highest traffic keywords - Add a column for how many distinct URLs are driving traffic for that query High traffic / low URL count = often big SEO opportunities (1/2)

How often do you create spreadsheets of internal links that need to be added? Did you know you can link DIRECTLY to the text that you want the link added? It's SUPER easy and the exact text is even highlighted! let me show you a little hack that might change your life 🧵

@NickLeRoy @tylerwaynehanna I've been working on some - working to the july 2022 date on some internal sites. Copying and changing data source means pretty much all fields need updating. Engagement rate - 🥳 - Ive been using 'stick rate' for years. hate bounce - hard to work with negatives!

@tylerwaynehanna These are all great points. Step one is racing to make sure all clients/projects of mine are on GA4 before July to allow for YOY data in '23 Clients are set but my personal projects..not so much 🙃... then I tackle GDS reporting

Has anyone transitioned their GDS reporting to GA4 data sources yet? What if any information did you have to remove/alter with the source change?

@SarahJKiefer @Helpfullee @tiltondata Community visualizations are add-ons for Data Studio that others have built. Some are better than others. Stability and customization can be a bit limiting, but depending on what you are trying to do, they can be very useful.

#datastudio help, please … I have a comprehensive #googlesheet listing curricular programs … can I tag the grade level without duplicating for each grade it’s used in? I’d love for T’s to filter for only their grade.

@nickwilsdon @iPullRank @ahrefs @sistrix Glad that idea came in useful! If the data is only updated once a day, why call against the live source? And as you probably seen it's also quite zippy!

Fun fact that I learned from my latest @ahrefs bill: If you use the Data Studio connector, it doesn't cache, so every time you reload a report you're taking from your account's allocation. Stay woke!

@CartiYeezy2 @spinningdice @PhilosophyTube In The olden days, we didn't have a selfie lens. When there was only one lens you treated it like a camera. And what is the front of the camera? The side with the lens. So when another lens was added for selfies, not everyone would think of it as a front camera.

Great news for SEOs using Google Data Studio! 🎉 Google Search Central (@googlesearchc) announced that the Search Console connector now includes Discover & Google News data, similar to the data recently added to the API! 🙌 ✒️ Post → developers.google.com/search/blog/20…

@NickLeRoy @ahrefs @semrush I did this recently using Open Refine. Just load, sort, blank down , remove rows with spaces.

Is there a way with @ahrefs or @semrush to provide a list of URLs and get the top-ranking keyword for each URL?
