@itsnwts @AlexOswell I talk about mental health a lot. I have to live it for life. I always wondered if I was helping people. People see that. I could change the future I really think people aren't born bad people. Most just had a bad life. I hope there will be a future. This weather is scary

Nobody actually likes you when you're depressed. Plain and simple. We can talk all day about mental health and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, people start to distance themselves. They see you as negative, a burden, and someone too heavy to handle.

I know people ask me. I sleep a lot. I feel old. I have them to understand my illness. I can be a wreck. I don't do dates. I just ask someone to say good morning or good night. That's heaven to me. I try to get my meds straightened but it has been years so far.
