𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙔 𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙊𝘿 𝙊𝙁 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝙑𝙔 𝙈𝙀𝙏𝘼𝙇𝙎 What this quote so eloquently describes is the idea that heavy metals can build up slowly over time and finally cross some threshold where effects that are clinically obvious present themselves. This presentation of symptoms happens, tho, sometimes years and even decades into these low grade, subclinical exposures. This is what makes heavy metals so pernicious in the modern world. Low-grade subclinical exposures that build up slowly over time, below your level of perception. What’s even worse about this is that when symptoms do manifest very few medical professionals can tie them to a specific exposure and then simply attribute the negative changes to aging or some other cause. When in fact, it is simply heavy metal toxicity.

So they tell us it's genetic... But parents notice something doesn't add up.... So they tell us Autism is genetic but autistic kids don't have autistic parents or grandparents or great grandparents or great great grandparents or great great great grandparents. #truth You get the message 🫵🏻⬇️

People with bacterial overgrowth need more vitamin K2 to prevent atherosclerosis. SIBO is associated with reduced matrix Gla-protein activation. Activated matrix Gla-protein keeps the calcium out of the cardiovascular system. Matrix Gla-protein is activated by vitamin K2—which is made by gut bacteria. In most people, bacteria are the main source of vitamin K2—even though it is present in some foods. In SIBO, it seems that the bacteria that create K2 are suppressed. Lower levels of active Matrix Gla-protein cause: —Hardening/calcification of arteries —Stiffer blood vessels —Higher blood pressure —Calcification of heart valves, especially the aortic valve —Less stable atherosclerotic plaque in some settings Over time this can lead to: —Coronary artery disease —Heart attack —Stroke —Peripheral artery disease —Aortic stenosis (narrowing of the aortic valve) —Heart failure —Overall higher cardiovascular death risk “SIBO is associated with reduced matrix Gla-protein activation as well as arterial stiffening. Both these observations are regarded as important indicators of subclinical atherosclerosis. Hence, screening for SIBO, intestinal decontamination and supplementation with vitamin K2 has the potential to be incorporated into clinical practice as additional preventive measures.” Ref: Subclinical atherosclerosis is linked to small intestinal bacterial overgrowth via vitamin K2-dependent mechanisms

THE ANTI-STRESS STACK - sugar - sodium - magnesium - calcium - glycine - taurine - aspirin - progesterone - thyroid - vitamin E
