You can tell a lot of the Legends community are children. They spend months asking for characters like UI Goku to be the Part 3 Ultra, then start asking for nerfs the day after he drops when he's the most toxic unit in the game. If you wanted him in the game, don't complain when he's too strong. Let him run PvP for a few months before crying for nerfs

Form tier list fuck it. For context, for the most part, I prefer simple changes. A little can go a long way. I did consider story beats for a few of these (SSJ2 mostly) so there is that.
