@England_Boxing please can we put a stop to officials being graded on what are the most important contests to a boxers journey. If there isn’t enough pressure heaped on an official getting it right on the day to appease a judicator. Costly errors of judgement are all to evident.

@PaulSmithJnr Amateurs Is where it all starts. Teaching the fundamentals from day dot , and not just being a coach to these individuals but also a mentor, friend , a role model etc.

Interested to see the answers to this from people who’ve never been in a gym, let alone the gym of the trainer they’re voting for. What you see and what happens behind closed doors are totally different. Some trainers take credit for fighters who could be trained by a chimpanzee.
