Yes we can have better fights in boxing. And we do get world title fights nearly every week.
But the whole point of this TNT partnership is to get the mass audience watching boxing again. Ruiz serves that purpose perfectly.
I think that show is the best fit for TNT of the 3 shows

@EverythingBoxi2 @InTheCorner_Pod I don’t have to complain, if they added good fights to this like Alan Chavez. I would really argue a step down too. You are right Ruiz name is bigger, but as a core boxing fan, look forward to two world champion fights in both July 4th and Aug 1st.

Sorry to be a hater but this is a waste of TNT. This is a showcase fight for Andy and a fight between two guys with completely fraudulent records fighting to be the next sacrificial lamb for whoever Matchroom USA actually wants to push. These fights should have real stakes

@PhilD86820426 Boots is doing loads of media stuff recently too. The Pivot, Million Dollaz Worth of Game, Breakfast Club, his fight was on House of Highlights, Bleacher Report clips. He was at BKFC in Philly last week. If he's ever gonna be a crossover star, this is the time.

@ronnymca97 Knyba doesn't look like a guy that can handle any kind of volume for a long period of time. Target the body, chop him down, wait till he's tired and then finish it off with volume.
