Any “fan” who deliberately invades an artist’s privacy, follows them beyond official schedules, or inserts themselves into their personal spaces is not acting out of support, but out of entitlement and disregard for Sunghoon’s safety and well-being. For BELIFT LAB’s consideration, it is evident that previous measures have not been sufficient to deter these actions. Sunghoon should not have to sacrifice his privacy, security, or peace of mind simply because others refuse to respect basic boundaries. No artist deserves to live under constant intrusion, and no company should allow such persistent violations to become normalised. Sunghoon’s safety, privacy, and well-being must be protected with the urgency and seriousness they deserve. These constant incidents highlight a continued failure to ensure the safety and privacy of your own Artists. These are not isolated occurrences: they are part of an ongoing pattern that has repeatedly exposed Sunghoon to situations that are invasive, distressing, and potentially unsafe.
