Never in my 12 years have I created with the intention of selling… But having your work collected is even more important now that we are all bound to this great invention, Ethereum. It's a great saturday to announce two great meme card artists participating in the inaugural exhibition of Domínio Público 6529: @gulyildizart and @KubtiTheCreator! Gul’s images feel like they carry time inside them, figures suspended somewhere between icon and apparition, often rendered with a softness that almost dissolves their edges. There’s a quiet pull toward introspection in the way her subjects are staged, compositions that leave room for absence as much as presence. Her practice moves through themes of identity, femininity and inner life without announcing them; instead, they surface gradually, like something remembered rather than declared, each viewing shifting slightly as if the image itself were still thinking. Kubti approaches the digital canvas like a playground wired directly into the internet’s subconscious. Characters stretch, mutate, grin, glitch, and reassemble into forms that feel both absurd and oddly precise. There’s a kinetic energy running through the work, as if each piece is mid-transformation, caught between joke and artifact, chaos and control, never settling into a single reference point; instead, it pulls from cartoons to street culture to internet ephemera and compresses it all into a visual language that feels alive in motion.

Somehow just seeing this, but this warms my heart. @deltasauce is one of the reasons that hanging with people in 6529 feels so good. Celebrating successes both irl and in NFTs, working through challenges, building people up no matter what their direction. I understand that some people feel that the 6529 network requires name recognition or skin in the game, but I can assure you that isnt the case. There are so many facets of what is being built, but it is nothing without the amazing group of people that are spending time there. I am heavily invested in 6529, but not how you think. Sure I have spent monies collecting meme cards, but my real investment is the time I have put into the relationships and community. It is my home, it is my safe place, and it can be yours too! No shortcuts. No points farming. Just time, alignment, and participation. Our local website (in pt-br) is already launched: dominiopublico.nua.casa After much consideration, we thought this exhibition space deserved a name that not only stood up on its own – independently of the already established Formosa name of the space that hosts our gallery – but which also more evidently stated our mission: to showcase and educate about Public Domain persistent digital objects. This will go a long way towards communicating the groundbreaking value proposition of our public exhibitions; and we're already getting press outreach... stay tuned!
