@citymuso @MichaelRosenYes Bought them for my elderly mam. Revolutionised her declining years (had to drive her to Finchley to get a nurse on them). I've inherited them, and toenail stress is at an end.

@citymuso Was a battlefield. As was the road I'd walked in on. It turns out it was a 50th birthday bash for the matriarch of a local prizefighting family. Drunk uncles kicked off. Hardly anyone from outside the family was involved. I could actually walk around in the mayhem quite safely.

They stole, not only all my prize enamel West Ham United lapel badges which were on my dressing table; they also stole an amazing pair of nail clippers (for garden use...).
