Great meeting today with Sir Iain Duncan Smith, Darlington nurse, Bethany Hutchison, Jennifer Melle and Chief Executive of the Christian Legal Centre, Andrea Williams.
He was moved and impressed by both cases and has committed his support.
Next this afternoon is the Westminster Hall debate on the For Women Scotland Supreme Court ruling...

🗣️Only one week left to speak up and protect children🗣️
The government has released new guidance for schools about gender questioning children. It's crucial that you tell the government that these rules don’t go far enough to protect our children.
Please use our resource and take 15 minutes to fill out the consultation before it closes next week. You don’t need to answer everything - just focus on questions 33-35.
Steve Beegoo says, “It is essential that Christians respond to this consultation as so many children are being caused to stumble due to what they are being taught in school about sex and gender.”

Does medical transitioning really improve young people’s mental health?
We've consistently warned that altering young people’s bodies through cross-sex hormones and radical surgery doesn’t help their mental health.
And now a new groundbreaking study is adding to the evidence.

@Yas_Wisden Surrey should be docked points for a bad pitch too, right?
English

@timsuffield Very much agree. Many of the things we want cannot happen without people staying in place long term.
Modernity/globalism have stopped many of us from even thinking in these terms. There will of course be legit callings to go to new places but the assumption ought to be 'stay'.

Do evangelicals need more a sense of the importance of rooting yourself in a place and community for a long time?

@DanielJHannan Or, perhaps, noticing that the clock says that it's Ed's move but it can't be because black is in check?
English

@EdwardJDavey Clock says it's Ed's move, board says it's not, what's going on?
The position is broadly believable though, so your photoshoot is better than most.

As long as we’ve existed, Christian Concern has been clear that Jesus Christ is the hope for our nation.
In a new article on our website, @HuxTweets reflects on our Lent campaign and the hope of what a Christian nation might offer society 👇

@ThomasCreedy I want to know which song combination led to this tweet.
Now that I realise Roger Allam played Javert in the 1985 London recording the whole thing feels surreal, like it's Peter Mannion playing the part.

1. Permanently online people complain about parties mentioning other religion's festivals but not Christian ones
2. Parties decide they need to mark lots of Christian ones too.
3. They don't know what to say because no one sends Palm Sunday greetings to each other.
