@BandQ feel disgusted by not getting a full refund for an item I have just taken back. It was unopened & I had my receipt. I spent over £120 but had a £5 voucher off if I spent £25 or more. The item I returned was £8.20 but a % was knocked off this as I’d had a voucher. RIP OFF
