@BandQ why are you selling items from #GravaHaus /#dramco when they quite clearly are not fit for purpose! Missing items with zero customer service and your name at the forefront!How can I get my items or money back without repeatedly waiting 48 hours for another pointless email

@BandQ always used B&Q for my diy projects small and large . However , having an absolute nightmare with them now - spoken to their customer services team 6 times this week . Been lied to , hung up on etc. Simple issue of delivery from store to my house - I would avoid now sadly

@BandQ I think you need to sort out your couriers. Second time I’ve had an internal door delivered and the second time it’s damaged, this time no massive hole in the cardboard packaging and hole in the door but paint scraped off it and footprints on the cardboard packaging.

So @BandQ sold me a radiator that had a fracture, causing it to leak. Damage to my new floor and a bill for a plumber. Evergrow Radiators who supplied B&Q will just replace the radiator and no compensation for the extra plumber bills and damage repair … @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow
