Here’s the official delinquent tax payment agreement I signed with the Town of Summerville. I’m on a payment plan, paying it off like a responsible small business owner while still trying to keep the doors open. The town knows. The paperwork is public. I’m not running from it. This is what happens when you’re a small business getting crushed by taxes and bad political decisions.
