It’s an honor to join Aden.io as CEO. In the last 10+ years, I have had the privilege to work with builders, founders, investors, and institutions across the Web3 and TradFi space. From marketing and liquidity growth at StakeStone, to leading growth efforts at Binance, Bybit and BNB Chain and in earlier roles, banking at BNP Paribas and UOB Bank, each experience has only strengthened my belief that building value at scale is all about solid products, disciplined execution, and aligned incentives. Aden already has strong foundations, an amazing team, and real market potential. I respect everyone involved in creating it to this level. From here, my focus is simple: listen closely, execute consistently, and keep shipping. We will double down on product quaility and user experience, build the Aden brand, and continue growing the ecosystem that’s already taking shape. This is the clarity, momentum and growth we want to focus on. To build products that people love, trust and keep coming back to over the long term. I’m excited to work with the team, partners, and community to take Aden into its next phase. My first stop will be at Consensus HK and i'm looking forward to connect with many of you there. Most projects talk about transparency. Very few are willing to build in a way that actually proves it. There will be another future announcement on BGSC token and @ADEN_PerpDEX but I want to touch on the earnings announcement for this post. Our model is built around real usage, not incentives for the sake of activity, but actual trading demand, creating a loop where growth directly contributes to value. At ADEN, revenue comes first, everything else follows. As we move into Q2, we expect to return to clean, consistent profitability (not driven by one-off events, but by ongoing usage) Beyond growth and revenue, there’s a bigger issue we are focused on fixing: TRUST. We will be introducing on-chain buyback disclosures, where every buyback and every movement of funds will be publicly verifiable. We believe when the system generates value, that value should flow back to the ecosystem in a clear and measurable way.
