If a gestational sac is eccentrically located but completely surrounded by endometrium, describe it as such and conclude it is intrauterine. Avoid calling it cornual. If unsure IUP vs. interstitial ectopic, state uncertainty and recommend short-interval follow-up or 3D TVUS.

Please give radiologists signs+symptoms. Rads add the most value when able to think like a clinician. The symptoms in this code stroke led the neurorad to think of Brown-Sequard → found a subtle epidural hematoma on CTA neck → thrombolytics averted. @KBuchRad at #RSNA2025

Results of the prospective AVENTUS trial for PE Thrombectomy just presented @SCAI and published in @MyJSCAI. ⬇️ 27 % in RV/LV ratio ⬇️ 35.9 % in clot burden ⬆️ in functional outcomes at 30 days (6MWD and QOL). Thanks to all the enrolling sites and to my national Co-PI #Jun Li.
