I'm going to speak in generalizations here... because... well yeah. Casino's consider themselves hospitality services - not security although physical security is a huge component as we know - logical/cyber not at all. Flat networks, lack of patch management, shared passwords, administrative level access across the board - you name it... 1990s level of security. Not all - but many. Casinos in general have some of the worst security practices I've ever seen in my career. *IF* they are having wide success here with MGM and RUMINT with Caesars (alleged 30mil payout, again rumint) - all Casino's are on notice right now and it's going to be a bloodbath.

4 hours on chat w/ Travelocity trying to book travel to use a credit. What a horror. Disconnected, delayed, bad IT systems crashing, unable to book travel, ultimately provided inaccurate info and frustrated.
