@parcelforce I just spent 1hr 8mins on hold only to reach an answerphone telling me that I need to call during opening hours. I waited all morning for a parcel to be collected and no one came. I just got an email saying I wasn't in! You didn't come, there was no knock, no van!!!

@parcelforce Except that you don't actually come and collect...just send an email saying I wasn't in and that I won't be refunded despite waiting all morning and even leaving a note on my door with my phone number and saying 'knock loud'. There was no knock. I was literally in my front room
