@AliETurner @greateranglia @All_things_fm At least your driver is telling you something. Ours is just saying “we are here for the foreseeable future.” It can’t be hard to give all drivers a consistent message, surely @greateranglia?

@greateranglia Delays every day now? How is it possible for the train fares to be that extortionate and yet still to not be able to arrive on time due to a poor rail infrastructure? Beyond frustrating. At least cables haven’t been stolen today.. not yet

@monzo Hello. Yes, the chat is still frozen (I can’t even press the ‘close’ button in the top corner). The only way out is to force close the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and makes no difference 🤦‍♂️

@monzo the chat feature in the app has frozen for me after I followed an instruction from a support assistant. I tried contacting support by phone but they haven’t solved the issue. I’m now stuck unable to solve the original issue and unable to use the chat.
