Early morning scenes in Southern bypass around Kikuyu town where Rigathi is expected to hold a rally in the afternoon. Who can manage to block a major highway this early in the morning?
Then Kimani Ichungwa will try to convince us that it is not his goons, we need to embrace political tolerance at this point.
Dear young people especially young men, do not accept to be used by politicians to destroy livelihoods. This country belongs to all of us. Its such a shame

They attacked Hon. John Mbadi asking why he was appointed to head their “kitchen”. They then went for Dorcas Oduor, the AG and abused her as not worthy of the office.
They have turned their guns on Dr. Ray Omollo.
Dr. Raymond Omollo is under attack largely because he is Luo and according to Gachagua and Kalonzo, the Luos should not hold some public offices.
Thank you President @WilliamsRuto for your step in including all Kenyans in development and public service.

How do I stop a child from stealing? She’s just 6 years old, but she steals like an expert, covers her tracks perfectly, and denies it with teary eyes so much that you start to feel bad for her and even second-guess yourself as an adult.

President Ruto: The people I am struggling with are land grabbers. People who have taken public land and made their own. We have to confront this head-on.

President William Ruto: Within 6 months, Nairobi should begin to experience the kind of functioning waste management system that any serious capital city should already have. I have committed to supporting waste management in the city of Nairobi with 2 billion shillings from the national government annually because we must clean this city. As I campaigned in the city of Nairobi, I made a commitment that we are going to clean this city because it is not just a city issue, it is a public health issue, an environmental issue, a dignity issue, and a national image issue

@muriaso There's a new narrative I've seen being peddled here on X. The posts seem to be blaming yesterday's conversations on Kikuyus in Rift Valley. The # is #GEMAmustgo

Since entering politics, President William Ruto has consistently sought out a "monster" to blame for the country's problems, positioning himself as the underdog fighting against it.
In 2007, it was the “41 against 1” narrative. In 2013, the blame was shifted to the International Criminal Court (The Hague). In 2017, they resorted to labeling Raila Odinga as “mganga” and “mzee wa vitendawili,” among other insults. By 2022, the winning formula became the famous “hustlers vs dynasties” narrative.
Now, ahead of this election, President Ruto is once again searching for a new monster to blame, hoping to play the underdog card and secure victory.
