Creating pathways for female coaches at the highest level 🙌 ️ A landmark FIFA Council decision will ensure women are represented in leadership roles at FIFA tournaments, as every team in FIFA women's competitions will have to include at least one female coach in a leading role.

FIFA have ruled that all national teams and clubs competing in its women’s competitions must have a female head coach or assistant. Only 12 managers at 2023 World Cup were women. Seven of those countries now managed by men. telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

CAF's decision to strip Senegal of their AFCON title is based on Articles 82 & 84 of the AFCON regulations, which state that a team that refuses to play or leaves the ground before the regular end of the match without the referee's authorization is considered the loser.

My learned friend @HaroldAtukwatse do we even have football academies in Uganda? A football academy, according to coach mike Mutebi, must have residential and elementary education facilities. By the coach's description, which football training programme can match the high standards that Mutebi preaches. Does any youth programme fit the soccer academy tag, with a school where protégés also attend class? @DavidLumansi @FifiPhionaPinky @DifferenceOffi3 @DNyeko @Damba_Allan @IsmaelKiyonga

The National Sports Act, 2023 specifically Part VII, Section 50(2) requires that anyone wishing to operate a sports academy must obtain a license from the National Council of Sports (NCS), approved by the respective national federation. whether that extends to every informal

This applies to FAs/Federations/Confederations/FIFA: How Corrupt Systems Are Designed to Exhaust You Down, as they would say: By @mazibuko_king (pictured) 1. The Legal-Administrative Trick: Multi-layered appeal structures designed to be navigated sequentially, each layer requiring months or years, each layer controlled by the same interests. Arbitration tribunals that never schedule hearings, practical example-cases pending since 2019 at the SAFA Arbitration Tribunal, with no arbitrators appointed and no explanation given. Arbitrators appointed unilaterally from outside agreed panels, forcing victims to object and restart processes rather than accept compromised adjudicators. Procedural requirements that change mid-process, new documentation demands, new formatting rules, new deadlines that reset progress. "Lost" submissions and "misfiled" appeals, requiring repeated resubmission while statute of limitation clocks continue running. 2. The Financial Attrition Machine Trick: Filing fees at every level, each appeal, each objection, each application carries costs that accumulate while the system delivers nothing. Legal representation requirements, the system becomes so complex that victims must hire lawyers, while the institution uses in-house counsel paid by member subscriptions. Forced travel for hearings, venues located far from communities, requiring transport, accommodation, and lost work days. Document production costs, demands for multiple certified copies, expensive printing, courier delivery of physical submissions. No cost orders against the institution, even when they lose, they rarely pay the victim's costs, because the system protects itself. 3. The Psychological Warfare Component Trick Endless rescheduling, hearings set and cancelled, reset, and cancelled again, keeping victims in perpetual uncertainty. Last-minute changes, venue changes, time changes, panel changes communicated just hours before, forcing scramble and stress. Intentionally vague communications, letters that promise responses "in due course," decisions "in due time," keeping victims waiting indefinitely. Gaslighting public statements, institutions publicly claim victims are "frivolous" or "ill-informed" while privately refusing to engage. Character assassination, victims are painted as troublemakers, disgruntled former insiders, or agents of external forces. 4. The Constitutional Trap Trick Mandatory internal remedies clauses, written into constitutions specifically to block direct access to courts, forcing victims into rigged systems. Exhaustion requirements, victims must prove they have exhausted every internal avenue before any external forum will hear them, even when those avenues are demonstrably dysfunctional "Without prejudice" traps, settlement discussions used to extract information or commitments that later prejudice formal cases. Confidentiality clauses, used to silence victims who have experienced injustice within the system. Statute of limitations running, while internal processes drag on, time limits for external legal action expire. 5. The Information Asymmetry Trick Documents held by the institution, financial records, meeting minutes, correspondence that victims need but cannot access without litigation. No discovery in internal processes, victims must prove their case without seeing the other side's evidence. Selective disclosure, institutions release only documents that support their position, hiding everything else. Witness intimidation, potential supporters and witnesses are warned that speaking to victims will have consequences, even real death treats and death. Leaked counter-narratives, institutions selectively leak damaging information about victims to media while withholding exculpatory evidence. Which you might witness some, indirectly and directly in such platforms👇🏾

The timing also raises ugly heads. A case of 2024 being investigated 2 years later yet many have been decided since then, is a very big red flag.FUFA judicial bodies have been weaponised by magogo and continue to erroneously, irregularly and illegally keep handing down irrational Rulings and Judgments which are a mere reflection of the commands and directives of magogo yet when he stole and resold @FIFAcom world cup tickets meant for poor Ugandans, he negotiated a plea bargain. @CliveKyazze @DavidLumansi @Damba_Allan @OgwangOgwang @FifiPhionaPinky @MMKaddu @BrianKawalya1 @skybossuftv @DNyeko @DifferenceOffi3 @SuunaKing_James

Mike Mutyaba has refuted the match fixing scandal and he claims FUFA is witching hunting him for exposing their incompetences, corruption and bad management. We @OfficialFUFA @MosesMagogo @skybossuftv @tendonicktah @NBSportUg @BadruZziwa @bakerkigongo

This is totally contradictory, inconsistent, ultravires and vividly against the spirit behind the FUFA Statutes, and the FUFA Governance Regulation. The term of office provided for by the @SCVillaJogoo statutes is 4years. @BenMisagga @FifiPhionaPinky @AKasingye @DavidLumansi @satuhum3 @CephasTendereza @JustGystin @AdongSarah5 @HaroldAtukwatse @GabrielBuule @Ggazzaman
