It was just a matter of time. Magogo's conducts such as misappropriation of @FIFAcom Funds, Bribery and Corruption, Discrimination, Protection of physical and mental integrity, Gifts and other benefits, Duty of Loyalty, among others can be invoked. Magogo’s conduct related to the issue of theft and resale of 2014 FIFA World Cup tickets was already subject of investigation and plea-bargaining agreement ratified by the adjudicatory chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee on 10 October 2019. Such plea-bargaining is binding .

BREAKING: I have been reliably informed that @OfficialFUFA could be headed for a repeat of 2013, as the @mkainerugaba’s corruption crackdown has reportedly reached the top leadership at Mengo. Discussions are currently ongoing regarding how to handle his exit, with what happened to Mulindwa in 2013 viewed as the most viable option. It is understood that the key question now on the table is: who becomes the next FUFA President?

BREAKING: In a major relief for international football fans, the Trump administration will waive the U.S. visa bond requirement for FIFA World Cup ticket holders ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The move means travelers from 50 countries previously subjected to visa bonds of up to $15,000, will now be exempt if they purchased official FIFA tickets. The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico beginning June 11, 2026. Follow @africabrieff.

@frankbalkazerg1 with all due respect, i love @pallasomusic and greatly miss him performing in the UK. He needs to be advised that his being reckless with all these videos his recording and all the negative publicity around his conduct. This automatically disqualifies him from ever performing for us under the UK immigration test of not being conducive to the public good grounds for refusing or cancelling UK visa/entry clearance found in Paragraph SUI 3.1 (for refusals) and SUI 3.2 (for cancellations) of the Part Suitability . This is a mandatory ground based on character, conduct, or association. If a person’s presence is deemed not conducive to the public good, the Home Office must refuse entry or cancel existing permission. This is a broad, discretionary power covering criminality (even without convictions), terrorism, extremist behavior, or other actions deemed undesirable, according to Home Office guidance on non-conducive grounds. This includes individuals who associate with politicians abusing human rights of innocent Ugandans. It's my humble prayer that you educate the artists Et al about the consquences of their conduct, rather than glorifying their reckless conduct in public🙏 @Kasuku256 @GabrielBuule

So seems like Uncle P has fought all those from the past, now the present, and certainly determined to fight the future too. Every other week it’s a new war, a new enemy, a new fallout. And now seeing his old exchange with the late Kato Lubwama… what do we even call this at this point😨😨😨a personality trait, a lifestyle, or a full-time career in conflict management?

@ASheba_Ronah some of these sanctions against players are unconsidered harsh, and irrational. First, it is not denied that the CDP has the powers to levy sanctions for established wrongs. However in doing so the CDP must be guided by some principles. It should not levy sanctions whimsically. A judicial body is a court or other body exercising quasi-judicial power. The fact that the Competition Rules do not lay down a procedure to be followed does not mean the CDP should act whimsically. It must in such cases adopt the rules of fairness – the rules of natural justice! What would be the considerations in levying sanctions? The CDP ought to have had at the back of its mind the overall purpose of FUFA. That is to promote the game of football in Uganda. In doing so, FUFA encourages the development of football talent. Football is a game that takes a toll on the nerves of the players, officials and the fans. All sorts of things happen as a result, which may not be described as deliberate or premeditated. Although unruly behaviour must not be encouraged, the CDP must consider the circumstances under which each act happens and take it into consideration when determining the sanction to levy. @DNyeko @DavidLumansi @RugyendoQuotes @HaroldAtukwatse @IvanOjakol

The FUFA Disciplinary Panel has sanctioned Meddie Kibirige of @KitarafcHoima with a UGX 500,000 fine and a two-match suspension for misconduct during the match against @VipersSC .
